Dr Rajni Shah qualified as a medical doctor from University College London in 2003. She worked at various London hospitals including The Royal Free & Barnet General Hospital, across multiple specialities. She qualified as a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners with a Distinction in the MRCGP exams (2007) & also completed her Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology as well as her Diploma in Sexual & Reproductive Health (both 2009).
More recently, Dr Shah completed the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine Diploma and became a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine in 2021. She is passionate about managing chronic disease and its risk factors holistically. She keeps in mind how nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress, and emotional health as well as the use of substances impact our health, and how these facets can be modified in an evidence-based way to improve health.
